As you likely already know, today’s farmers’ market at Davis Park has been canceled due to heavy rain throughout the area.
We are very pleased to have two new vendors joining us next Sunday, October 4, Tina’s Jamaican Caribbean Restaurant and Nettie’s Kettle Corn.

We had another very successful farmers market at Davis Park today with over 250 people attending. We have a few more vendors now, as well as students from LaSalle Academy’s Environmental Society selling flowers and herbs that they grew in their garden at the school. Our next meeting is this Tuesday, September 15, at 7:00 pm in room 405 of the Feinstein Academic Center at Providence College. Councilman Terry Hassett may attend if his schedule permits.
